- For the proper functioning of the eyes, we need vitamins such as A, C, E. You can find them in fruits and vegetables.
- We should also take anthocyanins, which are found mainly in berries, dark vegetables, and fruits.
- Carotenoids such as lutein and plantain are found in red oranges and yellow plant dyes.

Saffron strengthens the cells of the eye. It reverses processes associated with macular degeneration (i.e. blindness). It is worth drinking saffron tea every day.
You need about 1 g of saffron, 1 glass of water. Brew it like a traditional tea. You can sweeten it with, for example, honey. Drink during the day or at bedtime.
Saffron tea not only improves the eyesight, but it also affects the state of memory. In addition, we can add saffron in small amounts in cooking.

100 gr. Aloe (juice), juice from 3-4 lemons, 300 g of good quality honey.

- focusing on a point,
- looking at the green color,
- closing your eyes for a few seconds,
- drawing “8” with the eyes,
- focusing your eyes at a near and far point interchangeably,
- focusing the eyes on the approaching and declining point.
I left one of the best tips for last. When you are in the mountains, on the trail, at the lake, by the sea, do not wear sunglasses during a walk. The rays of the sun naturally cure the eyes. All sunglasses stop the sun’s rays. Only wear sunglasses if you are driving a car, for example, or in urgent situations. The world has gone crazy. It tells us that the sun is harmful, that’s why it tells you to wear sunglasses. This is the path to self-harm.
