Ways to detoxify your body

Detoxifying Bath

The bath should be made of Zendocrine and Epsom salts. Zendocrine is a mixture of essential oils such as mandarin, rosemary, geranium, juniper, and coriander. Rosemary, juniper, and coriander are good choices in detoxification, and tangerines and geranium have cleansing properties.

Garlic

It has been scientifically proven that garlic cures severe metal poisoning. The magazine “Organic Lifestyle” suggests that you should consume three cloves a day to remove toxins from your body.

Silica

Silica is also good at removing heavy metals. “Natural News” states: “ Aluminum (Al) is passed out through the urine when one supplements silica. It seems there’s little danger of taking too much, as long as adequate water is consumed and vitamin B1 and potassium levels are maintained.”
